BCEHL PLAYOFF UPDATE - FEBRUARY 27th - MARCH 2nd

Saanichton, B.C. - The BCEHL playoff season is here! The U15 Championship gets underway on Thursday in Langley, and the U17 Playoffs start Friday. Meanwhile, the Female U18 and U18 leagues have a bye-week to recharge before their playoffs begin next weekend.

Female U18 AAA

The Female U18 league is on a bye week as they prepare for their playoffs starting on March 7.

U18 AAA

There will be a bye week for the U18 league as they get ready for their playoffs starting on March 7.

U17 AAA

The opening round of the U17 playoffs kicks off on Friday with four matchups. Teams will play in a best-of-three series, with the first two games taking place on Friday and Saturday. If necessary, a third and deciding game will be played on Sunday to determine the series winner.

  • Highest remaining seed hosting the lowest remaining seed

 March 14-16 (Championship - Best-of-Three)

  • Winners of the two semifinals, hosted by the highest remaining seed

U15 AAA

All eight teams in the U15 league will travel to Langley Twin Rinks to take part in the U15 Championship from February 27th - March 2nd. Teams will be divided into two pools, with four teams in each pool.

Following the end of the group stage, the teams will advance to the single-game knockout stage and will be seeded based on the results of the group stage. In the quarterfinals, the top-ranked team in each group will cross-over and play the fourth-ranked team in the other group, while the second seed in each group will cross-over to play the third seed in the other group. The semifinals will feature the four remaining teams competing for a berth in Sunday's championship final, where one team will be crowned the 2024-25 U15 AAA Champion.
